TV remote or touchscreen
Android phones and tablets use touch navigation; Android TV and Google TV need a remote-friendly interface. Compatible NVIDIA Shield and Android-based Formuler devices can be assessed using their model and firmware. Fire OS models require a separate compatibility check; not every product sold as Fire TV accepts Android apps.
The player and your subscription
The app is the viewing interface; account access and the allowed simultaneous streams come from your plan. Installing it on several devices does not increase the number of streams you can play at once. Test your intended combination during setup.
EPG, catch-up and integrated VPN
The player supports the service’s guide and available catch-up feeds. Replay windows and picture quality depend on source and hardware. Its integrated VPN feature operates inside compatible player versions; it is not a promise of device-wide protection or a guaranteed cure for slow streaming.
Help until the setup works
